• How to choose the specific flavor that I like?

You need choose based on its flavor list and note it in order, we will do our best to send them according to your requirements.
If a certain flavor is temporarily out of stock, we will send you a message/E-mail.
We recommend that you choose the randomly mixed popular flavors, as this will ensure a quicker delivery.

• What is the entire purchasing process?

Add to cart > Make payment > Prepare goods > Send out and provide tracking number > Package arrives

• My devices didn't run out but it broke down. What should I do?

We check every product carefully before it ships out seriously, no shortcuts! That said, super-long air freight trips can sometimes jostle things around a bit, and in rare cases, you might notice a tiny leak or less smoke than usual.
If that happens, just film a quick video of the affected items and shoot it over to us. We’ll make it right by adding more number of replacement units to your next order—on us!

Shipping

• What's the shipping policy?

We will send out the package within 2-4 working days after receiving the order and provide the tracking number.
Countries that we can ship with DDP (Delivery duty paid) Method, it doesn’t request you do customs clearance and no duties for you.

Shipments to European countries except UK will be cleared in Germany and shipped to other European countries from Germany.

If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact our customer support team. We will investigate and assist in resolving the issue.

• Do I need to pay customs duties?

Not required for now, except in Canada and Denmark.

• What is the estimated shipping time?

Depending on the product, the stocking time is 1-5 days and the shipping time is 7-15 days.

• It's too expensive. Can it be cheaper?

Of course, you can also conduct transactions with us through other methods without commission, such as bank transfer. This way will be much cheaper.

Returns

• I would like to change my ordered items. What should I do?

You can amend your order on or before 11:00 PM (PDT -7 GMT) on the same day the order was placed. Please contact us at service@anvape.com to request changes.

• How do I return a product?

We have a 15-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 15 days after receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, contact us at service@anvape.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without prior return request will not be accepted.
